Poor UX with elevated permissions requirements. The nursery changed to this app and every time they send a message we get a notification via email with link to download the app instead app itself. Also, you have to give permission to camera and recording video otherwise it won't show anything.

How can I change a forgotten password?
Our child's nursery recently switched to using the eyLog applications. This has been poor from a parent perspective. Diary updates from nursery are only provided once per day rather than live as with other apps contributing to a poor parent experience. When updates flow through, information is also limited compared to other apps. App is slow to start up. Interface is poor in terms of colour and contrast, layout and size of menus for touchscreen devices.
Limited in functionality and not overly intuitive to use but does the job.
Excellent app, very easy to use and very useful.
I have already successfully downloaded this app and used it now it is asking me to do so again why?
